Products and Packaging
We take pride in always providing a hand made product, and as such there are occasions where your product may deviate slightly from the given specification, such as in appearance or the packaging used. We aim to always provide the product exactly as stipulated, however, we reserve the right to alter this as and when necessary.

Delivery
We offer delivery within the UK only currently. Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery is available for orders over £40. On orders under £40, Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery is £4.79, or Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery is £3.99. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise stated on the website. Once dispatched, they will be delivered using your selected delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Subscriptions
Delivery is included within the subscription price. We aim to dispatch your first fudge box within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order. Subsequent boxes in your subscription will be delivered during the first week of the remaining calendar months in your subscription period. Once dispatched, fudge boxes will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

Gift Cards
Upon completion of purchase the buyer will be sent an email receipt of the purchase and an email containing the eGift Card.
If the email address of the recipient has been entered into the order page the recipient will also receive a copy of the eGift Card only.
Our eGift Cards must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products from our website.
An eGift Card cannot be used to purchase a further eGift Card.
Site offers and promotions do not apply when purchasing eGift Cards.
All eGift Cards are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where products purchased online with an eGift Card are returned, monies owing will be refunded by an eGift Card.
eGift Card emails may land in your, or your recipient’s, junk mail box. We are not responsible for failed receipt of your eGift Card; if your eGift Card is not received, please contact us to re-send your eGift Card.
We are not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Returns

If there are any quality issues with your product, please contact us.

We will ask you to retain the box and the fudge as best as possible and send this back to us, and will refund the costs of resending this product back to us where appropriate. We may also ask for visual proof of damage or quality issues where appropriate.

We are unable to refund or replace a product that has been fully eaten or disposed of.

It is very difficult for us to investigate an issue if the fudge or package has already been eaten or thrown away.

Your data is what you share with Cheshire Fudge Company when you process your order (name, address, phone, email, address and name of recipient). We also use cookies which keeps your IP address at the time of your order and means your order can stay in your basket.

Your card information at no point is stored on www.cheshirefudgecompany.com; it is transmitted to our card payment service provider who handles secure payments. Once your order has been paid for, you will be redirected back to our website.

Any enquiries are retained on the server and a copy is forwarded to our email address; we retain these for up to 3 years on our email and indefinitely on our server – please email us if you would like any of these deleted.

Our mailing list

Our mailing list is entirely opt-in. You can subscribe at checkout by checking the subscribe button; you can also subscribe at the bottom of each webpage.

If you would like to be unsubscribed, you can unsubscribe by contacting us.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored on our server. We never, ever send your data out to any other related companies; it is only used for the occasional Cheshire Fudge Company marketing email.
